I have wanted a Pivot Door for a very long time but the budget did not allow it. For our third and final build, I asked my husband for two things. A pivot door and a Wolf Range with a double griddle. We love our pivot door and it makes for such a great entry. We love the light it lets in and the dramatic entry into our home.

We ordered our very first pivot door and worked on it all month. she was gorgeous and I mean gorgeous. The mahogany finish in the THE SOLACE door from pivot door company. https://www.pivotdoorcompany.com. No stain just a boat varnish to lock in protection from the elements. Sadly after the first winter, we noticed frost underneath the door and the door started to wharp a bit……

Door #2- But no worries- we called the company and they were amazing! They replaced the door by shipping the The GLASS DOOR- we figured less heat on the wood so we opted for more glass. And we combined the GLASS DOOR with the KOGAN handle. It was a great combination and looks soo great. NO issues with this door!!
